    The CZH-IDP190C-L101 waterproof touchscreen monitors are extremely rugged.  For instance, we build them with true industrial-grade components.  Furthermore, they receive our exclusive Creternal-Tuff treatment. The Creternal-Tuff process includes RTV silicone on all connections and critical components.  Additionally, we dress all wires, tie-wrap and secure them.  Lastly,  we apply ThreadLock to all screws. Our industrial-grade 19” panel mounted waterproof touchscreen monitors are ideal for wet environments. The CZH-IDP190C-L1014 is a Projected Capacitive P-Cap touchscreen monitor. It provides 10-simultaneous touch points. This enables pinch-to-zoom and other related functionalities. Communication to the host pc is via USB

RUGGED WATER PROOF PANEL MOUNT TOUCH SCREEN MONITORS

    CZH-IDP190C-L101 19″ waterproof 5-wire resistive touchscreen and P-cap touchscreen monitors are built for demanding environments and applications. The front of the stainless steel panel-mount enclosure has a NEMA 4X/IP65 waterproof rating. The steel rear-clamp design ensures rock-solid installation. There’s also a handy guide on how to install a panel-mount touchscreen into a door, wall, cabinet or dashboard. This series is ideal for use in wash-down environments such as food processing plants and other manufacturing facilities. 

EXTENDED OPERATING TEMPERATURES FOR OUTDOOR TOUCH SCREENS

    We design the CZH-IDP190C-L1014  touch monitors to operate in nearly any environmental conditions.  Whether in frigid conditions or blazing heat, these displays will survive and thrive. To clarify, the CZH-IDP190C-L1014 model will operate in temperatures down to -22°F (-30°C).  They will also withstand brutal heat. Operating  temperatures go up to 185°F (85°C).  The rugged stainless steel enclosure assures these 19″high brightness touch screens will provide years of reliable imaging performance.  Specifically, typical MTBF for these monitors is 50,000 hours.
